CONSENT + USAGE
Digital Twin Consent and Usage Policy
Kai Han Wasely, operating as Sync Studios in Alberta, Canada, produces digital-twin and synthetic-voice media only for authorized uses.
Written authorization
A presenter’s digital twin or replicated voice is created only with appropriate written authorization. Clients must have the legal right and authority to provide all likeness, voice, scripts, and training materials.
Approved scope
The production agreement defines the approved brands, audiences, formats, platforms, campaigns, and other use limits. A material change in purpose or audience may require renewed written approval.
Prohibited requests
Sync Studios rejects unauthorized impersonation, fraud, political deception, harassment, non-consensual sexual content, identity abuse, and other deceptive or unlawful likeness requests.
Access and reuse
Access is limited to authorized production personnel and approved providers. Client likeness and voice assets are not sold, licensed to unrelated clients, or reused for unrelated client work.
Ownership and provider terms
The presenter retains rights in their likeness. Technical avatar files, model access, provider accounts, generated media, project files, and final deliverables are governed by the signed agreement and provider terms; not every underlying technical asset is transferable.
Retention and deletion
Deletion requests are handled under the service agreement, legal requirements, operational backups, provider policies, and technical limits. Each engagement should document the applicable workflow, timing, evidence, and exceptions.
